§ 110.002 UNDERAGE PERSONS.
   (A)   Possession of liquor prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to have 3.2% malt liquor or intoxicating liquor, as the same are herein defined, in that person’s possession for the purpose of consumption by them or any other person under the age of 21 years. Possession by a person under the age of 21 years of any 3.2% malt liquor or intoxicating liquor shall be prima facie evidence to consume the same.
   (B)   Sales or furnishing liquor to persons under the age of 21 years prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed or not, to sell or furnish 3.2% malt liquor or intoxicating liquor, as the same are herein defined, to any person who is under the age of 21 years.
