Generally, 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.: No person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle or trailer on any street or highway in the city between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except as otherwise authorized by this schedule or unless directed or authorized by a police officer or traffic-control device. The City Council may authorize exceptions from this schedule. Any street or highway so excepted must be posted with a sign indicating that parking between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is allowed.
