§ 70.999 PENALTY.
   Any violations of the provisions of this traffic code or of the statutes adopted by reference herein is a violation of this code when it occurs within the city. Any person violating any provisions of this traffic code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor or, where authorized, a petty misdemeanor.
