(A) No person shall operate a snowmobile in the city, except:
(1) On any privately-owned land with the express permission of the property owner;
(2) In an emergency during the period of time when and at location where the condition of the roadway renders travel by automobile impractical; and
(3) By city maintenance personnel and members of the city’s Police Department in the performance of their duties.
(B) No person shall operate a snowmobile in the city upon the paved portion or boulevard of any trunk highway, county road or municipal street.
