§ 72.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, M.S. §§ 84.81 to 84.911, as they may be amended from time to time, or the regulations of the Commissioner of Natural Resources shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
