§ 50.109 PROPERTY OWNERS NOT USING TOWN UTILITIES FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD ONLY SUBJECT TO CERTAIN MINIMUM CHARGES.

Property owners connected to Morristown Utilities who do not use Morristown Utilities for a consecutive period of at least four weeks, and do not have an outstanding balance related to the use of Morristown Utilities shall only be subject to minimum wastewater (sewage) charges.
