§ 50.063 SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND FEES.
   (A)   Significant industrial users shall make application for the proposed discharge on a form provided by the town. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, studies or other information considered pertinent by the Town Council.
   (B)   Permit fees for significant industrial users shall be as follows: $200.00
