Each commercial and industrial user shall supply the town with information about expected wastewater constituents and characteristics to be used in determining whether or not the user will be a significant industrial user. The user shall submit a “Non-Domestic Discharger Survey Sheet” to the Superintendent for review and consideration for formal determination.
