§ 50.014 LIABILITY FOR EQUIPMENT.
   Where pretreatment or flow-equalizing facilities are provided for any waters or wastes, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the user, at the user's expense, and shall, at all reasonable times, be open to inspection and testing by the town.
