§ 50.013 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Special agreements and arrangements between the town and any person within Shelby County may be established by the Town Council within the terms and intent of this chapter when, in the opinion of the Council, unusual or extraordinary circumstances compel special terms and conditions whereby an unusual wastewater may be accepted for treatment, subject to payment of applicable fees.
   (B)   Any such agreement shall be retained on file and available for inspection by any duly authorized agent of the town or of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in the event of an inspection as defined under § 50.005 of this chapter. Any such agreement shall be subject to review, revision, or termination in the event that a violation of the terms of the agreement is found.
   (C)   Any and all special agreements will be subject to full review at the end of the active terms of the agreement and no such agreement shall carry terms longer than four years.
