§ 50.006 DAMAGING, DEFACING SEWERAGE WORKS PROPERTY.

A person shall not maliciously, willfully or recklessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the town sewerage system.
