§ 102.02 ADMINISTRATION; ENFORCEMENT; HEARINGS.
   (A)   The Town Council shall be the executive department authorized to administer this chapter.
   (B)   The “Enforcement Authority”as defined by IC 36-7-9-2 shall be the Town Building and Planning Director, or such organization that the town may contract with to provide building inspection services for the town.
   (C)   The “Hearing Authority” shall be the Town Council.
