The Morristown Plan Commission shall act as the Administrative Office (hereinafter "Administrative Office") in charge of issuing numbers to houses or structures in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The Administrative Office shall issue numbers to all new houses and structures, renumber houses and structures whenever it becomes necessary to do so in the implementation of a uniform system, and cause the numbering of all existing homes or structures which are not numbered to be numbered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
