§ 33.02 NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES FOR TOWN OFFICES.

All candidates for town offices, including but not limited to the Town Clerk-Treasurer and members of the Town Council, shall be nominated pursuant to a primary election, as provided under IC 3-8-5-2. The prior method of nomination of town offices through a convention shall no longer be conducted.
