§ 113.25 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab as a driver hereof within the town, without first having secured a license so to do from the town. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab as a driver thereof without having on his person a taxicab driver's license issued by the town.
