In the event that there shall be more than one such garage sale on any residential tract of real estate within a 365-day period of time, then the person or persons living or residing on such tract shall notify the Clerk-Treasurer by written notice delivered either in person to the Clerk-Treasurer or by first class mail, addressed to the address of the Clerk-Treasurer, advising of the time and place of such second or other garage sale and the persons holding such sale, at least five days prior to the commencement of such second or other garage sale.
