(A) Not more than two garage sales in any 365-day period of time shall be held on any tract of real estate upon which a person or persons shall reside or live.
(B) No such garage sale shall be more than three days in duration, commencing with the first date that any sale or offer for sale of items is made and ending with the date that the last sale or offer for sale is made. No sign advertising a garage sale shall be placed or displayed more than three days before the commencement of the garage sale, and the same shall be removed within one day after the completion of the garage sale.
