(A) All individuals submitting a request for the production of the following items shall be required to remit the corresponding fees associated with each item prior to receipt of the requested item:
1. | Copies of statements on cassette | $10.00 |
2. | Copies of accident reports and supplements | $5.00 |
3. | Copies of incident reports | $3.00 |
4. | VHS copies | $25.00 |
5. | DVD copies | $25.00 |
6. | Copies of pictures per print (must purchase all prints taken on roll) | $2.50 |
7. | Copies of pictures on CD per CD | $10.00 |
8. | Any other report (calls for service) | $.10 per page |
(B) These fees are to offset the time, materials and manpower expended by the Morristown, Indiana Police Department in the review and production of items requested.
