§ 100.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply:

   LANDOWNER. The person of record in the County Auditor's tax records at the address shown therein.

   WEEDS AND RANK VEGETATION. All plant life that is located in platted subdivisions, minor subdivisions, or in a row of two or more structures separated by 435 feet or less on a country road, except turf grass, landscaped trees, ornamental flowers, crops, and shrubs.
