§ 98.07 EXCLUSION FROM PARK.
Any person that the Park Authority determines to have violated Indiana criminal law in a park or used a park in such manner as: (a) to cause a substantial danger to person or property within the park or (b) to repeatedly violate the rules of the town or reasonable directions of town officials with regard to the park, may be excluded from the park by the Park Authority by resolution of the Park Authority for a reasonable time, not to exceed one year, unless extended by further resolution of the town for successive periods so limited. A person may not be so excluded without at least five days notice and hearing before the Park Authority, provided that if such person can not be reasonably notified the hearing may proceed in his absence. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or to use a park from which he or she is excluded during the term of his or her exclusion.
