§ 98.01 CREATION OF PARK AUTHORITY.
   The town hereby establishes a Park Authority for the management of all public parks including approaches that belong to the town pursuant to IC 36-10-5. The “Park Authority” within the meaning in IC 36-10-52 is the Town Council.
