§ 95.05 DECOMPRESSION OF ENGINE CYLINDERS.
   No operator of a motor vehicle shall cause or permit the decompression of the cylinders of the motor vehicle while the vehicle is on a public street or way. Such decompression and the noise resulting therefrom is a public nuisance.
