§ 95.04 NOTICE TO REPAIR VEHICLE.

No person shall operate a vehicle found to be in violation of the dBA level contained in this chapter more than 30 days after receiving a notice to repair, until the vehicle has been properly repaired to comply with the sound level in this chapter.
