§ 93.11 MEMBERS.
   (A)   The members of the Cemetery Board shall be either residents of the town or owners of lots within the cemetery, either by purchase or by inheritance. One of the members of the Board shall be a member of the Town Council and shall, by virtue of that office, be President of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.
   (B)   The Board shall consist of five suitable persons, having the qualifications set forth in this chapter, each of whom shall serve for a term of four years from the date of their appointment. The Town Council shall, at their regular session in the month of January in each year, appoint one or two persons as the case may require, to serve as members of the Board.
