(A) There is created a Perpetual Care Fund for the care, maintenance, and upkeep of the cemetery located in the town. This fund is to be designated on the books and records of the Town Council and on the books and records of the cemetery as the Perpetual Care Fund.
(B) The Perpetual Care Fund shall be maintained by the addition to the fund of sums of money obtained pursuant to the sale of grave sites in an amount established by the Council.
