§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.10 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500.
   (B)   Violation of § 92.25 is punishable by a fine up to $250 per day for each violation as determined by the Town Council.
