§ 91.03 AUTOMATIC VOICE DIALERS PROHIBITED.

The installation of any automatic voice dialer to the police or central answering point is prohibited. Alarm holders who, as of September 1, 1989, have been granted permission to have an automatic voice dialer connected to the central answering point shall be allowed to retain such connection.
