(A) No person shall drive a vehicle of any type upon the following streets and alleys in excess of the following rates of speed.

(B) No motor vehicle traveling upon Midway Street or any alley in the town shall be driven at a greater rate of speed than ten miles per hour.
(C) No motor vehicle shall be driven at a greater rate of speed than 20 miles per hour on any other street in the town not specifically provided for in division (A) above.
(D) The speed limit from Washington Street and U.S. 52 to Gordon’s ditch shall be 20 miles per hour.
(E) The speed limit from Gordon’s Ditch to Morristown’s municipal boundaries shall be 30 miles per hour.
