(A) Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100. In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person so charged may pay, within five days to the Town Clerk-Treasurer for the benefit of the General Fund of the town, the sum of $10.
(B) Any person who violates § 72.09 shall be subject to the following fines:
(1) First violation: $100;
(2) Second violation: $200;
(3) Third and subsequent violations: $500 per violation.
