At the time of providing any notice under § 50.04(A) above to any subscriber that is a tenant or renter of any property or premises, the village may provide a copy of such notice also to the landlord or owner of such property or premises. At the time of establishing an account for water or electrical service, the subscriber shall consent in writing to a copy of such notice being sent to the landlord or owner, and shall provide the name and address of the landlord or owner for purpose of delivery a copy of such notice.
