§ 112.02 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (A)   Any person desiring to engage in the business of soliciting funds for any charitable purpose or organization shall file with the Village Clerk an application for a permit, which permit shall state the name of the person who makes the application, the purpose for which the funds were being solicited, and the manner in which the funds will be disbursed.

   (B)   The Village Clerk shall, before issuing a permit, communicate with the organization for whom the funds are being solicited to ascertain whether or not the applicant is authorized to represent such organization and to ascertain whether the purpose for which the funds will be used is a charitable purpose.

§ 112.03 BOND.
   The applicant shall further give bond with a licensed surety company in amount of $200 guaranteeing that the money solicited will be used for a charitable purpose.

§ 112.04 COST OF INVESTIGATORY AND ISSUING PERMIT.
   The applicant shall pay to the village the sum of $10 to be deposited in the General Fund to cover the cost of investigating and issuing the permit.
