(A) Regarding § 50.004, if said owners allow said nuisance to exist or fail to abate said nuisance, they, and each of them, upon conviction thereof shall be fined no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such nuisance is permitted to exist.

(B) Any property owner who shall violate § 50.100 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and each day shall be considered a separate offense.

(C) Any persons or persons found guilty of the violation of § 50.200 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) but not less than ten dollars ($10.00).

(D) Any person convicted of violating § 50.300 shall be fined for the first conviction not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and for all subsequent convictions, not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). Violation of this section at separate or different times shall constitute separate offenses.
