The City Attorney shall be compensated by a monthly fee of four hundred dollars($400.00) for which he will perform his duties under § 21.302(A). Additional services under § 21.302(B) shall be paid at rates not more than those fees normally charged to the public at large and in no event shall exceed sixty dollars ($60.00) per hour, all of which must be invoiced on itemized statements.
