§ 21.302  DUTIES
   (A)   The City Attorney shall, for a set monthly fee:
      (1)   Attend all Council meetings;
      (2)   Prosecute all zoning and "blighted property" violations;
      (3)   Advise the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustments when requested by either;
      (4)   Research and advise all city officials exparte as to miscellaneous questions of law;
      (5)   Provide written monthly summaries of the above activities and written opinions when requested by the person seeking advice.
   (B)   The City Attorney shall also, for additional hourly or flat rate fees:
      (1)   Provide extended research and reports on questions of law when requested by the Mayor or City Council;
      (2)   Defend city, city officials and employees in actions concerning their official positions;
      (3)   Prepare deeds, title opinions and all other documents required for the business of the city.
