§ 70.20 BLOCKING TRAVELED ROADWAY.
   It is unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park any vehicle upon any street, highway or alley, in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the traveled portion of the width of such roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, except that an operator may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers, or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations, or signs or signals or a peace officer.
