(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.15 through 70.25 of this code shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided for by law. In addition, any person engaging in the unauthorized parking or use of streets within the county shall be liable for a civil penalty of $50.
