§ 70.17 SNOW REMOVAL; INTERFERENCE.

It shall be a class C misdemeanor for any person owning or having control over any vehicle to park that vehicle, or allow or suffer that vehicle to be parked on the public roads of the county at any time when such parking shall interfere with the proper conduct of the county to remove snow from county roads and county property.
