§ 35.42 PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is enacted to provide the county with a source of revenue to allow the county to more effectively carry out its role as a political and legal subdivision of the state. The County Commission hereby directs that the provisions hereof be interpreted and construed to accomplish this stated purpose.
