The County Commission is authorized to accept, on behalf of the county, funds contributed, donated or supplied by any person, corporation, other governmental agency or from any other source whatever for the purposes outlined in this subchapter. When such funds are received, they shall be deposited and used in the same manner as though they were derived from the tax imposed hereby.
