For the purposes authorized by this subchapter, there is hereby created a Reserve Fund, to be known as the Convention Bureau Special Reserve Fund, which shall be maintained separate and apart from general and other special funds of the county, and in which shall be deposited any and all funds collected by virtue of the tax imposed hereby but not expended during the fiscal year.
