(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates §§ 93.01 through 93.09 of this code, or who violates any condition upon which he or she is granted a license, is guilty of a class C misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
