§ 93.09 ENFORCEMENT; ABATEMENT.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   (B)   The holding of an assembly in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this subchapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such.
