§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of § 91.03 of this code is a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.20 of this code shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (D)   Any violation of §§ 91.35 through 91.39 of this code shall be designated and punishable as a class B misdemeanor, as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Any person who has been convicted of a crime under §§ 91.35 through 91.39 of this code shall relinquish any permits issued hereunder and shall not be allowed any permits for a period of five years.
