§ 91.15 AUTHORITY TO CLOSE.
   The Sheriff, his or her deputies, officers of the United States Forest Service, officers of the National Parks Service, or any of their designees, may close any area in the county outside the limits of incorporated cities or towns where a condition of danger exists to persons or property creating a substantial risk of injury or harm and where such closure is necessary to protect the safety, health and welfare of the general public. Such areas include, but are not limited to, areas of high avalanche danger, high winds during blizzards and the like.
