It shall be unlawful for any person for the purpose of skiing, snowmobiling or other reason to willfully go upon any area in the county outside the limits of incorporated cities or towns, designated by the Sheriff, his or her deputies, officers of the United States Forest Service, officers of the National Parks Service, or their designees, as closed.
