(A) This section shall apply to all non-merit employees of the County Sheriff’s Department.
(B) Each employee will be entitled to one tardy per pay period, each tardy thereafter is considered an “offense” and subject to the following progression:
(1) First offense: oral warning;
(2) Second offense: written warning;
(3) Third offense: suspension; and
(4) Fourth offense: termination.
(C) The above progression applies to any offenses which occur within one year of the first offense.
(D) This section shall be effective immediately upon passage.
