§ 30.12 COUNTY SEAL.
   An official corporate seal is hereby adopted as the common seal for the county, and such seal shall be described as follows: The seal is a perfect circle. Centered in the circle just above the centerline of the circle is an image of the sun rising above hills that are beyond a plowed field. Centered in the circle below the centerline of the circle are the following words, "Morgan County Indiana." Morgan is in script. County is below the word Morgan, in block letters, stopping at the "g", Indiana is below Morgan, in block letters, after the "g." Centered at the bottom of the circle are the words "Est.1822" following the arc of the circle.
