§ 93.05 COMPLIANCE; REMEDIES.
   (A)   Any license granted under the provisions of this chapter may be cancelled or revoked by the Sheriff at any time if it is determined that the person holding such license cannot comply with or is not complying with the terms of the license or the terms of this chapter.
   (B)   Any provision in this chapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction. This shall be an additional remedy and in no way shall limit or restrict any other remedies created by this chapter or existing at law or equity.
   (C)   A person aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license under this chapter may file an appeal with the circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the county within 15 days of the date that the license was denied or revoked.
