(A) Employees, agents, and officials of Morgan County Government, or other individuals in the discretion of the Morgan County Sheriff, while engaged in county government business, are exempt from the application of this chapter.
(B) Parades, festivals and special events. Subject to the discretion of the Morgan County Sheriff, temporary exceptions to the rules set forth in this chapter may be granted to official participants in parades, festivals, and other special events.
