(A) The Harrison Township Fire District No. 7 is hereby established.
(B) Said Harrison Township Fire District No. 7 shall be coextensive with and have the same legal boundaries as Harrison Township of Morgan county, Indiana.
(C) Said Harrison Township Fire District No. 7 is established in accordance with I.C. 36-8-11 and shall have the powers and duties as set forth by I. C. 36-8-11-15 and all other rights, powers, duties and authority as may now, or hereafter be, authorized for a fire protection district.
(D) There shall be five Trustees for such Fire Protection District. The initial Trustees are appointed as follows: one member whose term is to expire on the first Monday of January, 1987; one member whose term is to expire on the first Monday of January, 1988; one member whose term is to expire on the first Monday of January, 1989; one member whose term is to expire on the first Monday of January, 1990; and one member whose term is to expire on the first Monday of January, 1990.
(E) Such Board of Trustees shall prepare a budget for the fiscal year of 1987 and submit such budget to the County Council, as by law provided, in accordance with I.C. 36-8-11-18.
(F) The Board of Commissioners of the county shall be entitled to make appointments to the Board of Trustees of Harrison Fire District No. 7, in accordance with existing law.
(G) The meeting place of such Board of Trustees shall be the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department.
